Good afternoon!
This message is an important reminder for students that are taking diploma exam courses this semester. If you are not taking a diploma exam course, please disregard this message.
As mentioned in a previous announcement, because
the diploma exams were cancelled, we were able to extend the deadline to
hand in items for marking until noon on Jan. 25/22, instead of the
previous diploma course work deadline of Jan. 15/22 at noon.
**IMPORTANT** As previously announced, to take
advantage of the cancelled diploma exams for this semester, you must
have your course work and regular unit exams completed and handed in by
noon on Jan. 25/22. Students that use the extension period until Feb. 17 will not have their mark submitted by Alberta Education's January semester marks deadline, so that mark will technically be from second semester. If Alberta Education does not cancel June exams (no decision has been announced by Alberta Education at this time), then students with marks submitted after January will have to write a June diploma.
