Good morning to our SCcyber family!
This is just a friendly reminder that if you handed in items recently that will be part of extension, you may see a slight delay in having your marking returned. This week, teachers are very busy making sure all completed courses are marked and finalized, and they may not be able to get to all extension marking that does not need to have the final mark reported yet. As you can imagine, this is one of our busiest weeks of the year for marking with tons of last-minute items handed in for both completed courses and extensions.
Please don't worry if you handed something in and you will be using the extension, but didn't get your feedback yet. Your teacher will soon have it back to you!
If you thought you could finish by the January 25 deadline, but you didn't quite make it... Please don't worry! We encourage all students to use our extension until Feb. 22 at noon to finish up last-minute items (no corrections) and complete their courses. Please let your teacher and your mentor know if you are planning on using the extension, so they are aware. Even if you had a passing mark as of now, if you still have incomplete items, you can finish them up in extension to upgrade that mark in your course. Again, let your teacher and mentor know if you plan to do this, so they are aware as the registrations get done in the the next day or 2 and we don't want your course to get deleted if you are still going!
